Gather the following information
What type of account do you have? Did you pre-purchase, pre-order, or receive a code just for the Beta Weekend event?
Where did you pre-purchase/pre-order the game from?
How was your account created? (Through register.guildwars2.com, a GM?)
Where are you located?
Which server region are you connecting to? EU or NA?
Which error are you receiving? (you can press [ CTRL ] + [ C ] with the error open in-game to copy the full error to your clipboard)
What is the time-frame that you have been receiving this error?
And lastly, your account name.
Navigate to http://support.guildwars2.com/ and open a support ticket, supplying all of the above information.
This information will help us track down the root cause of these issues and squash them for good!
